EXTRA BEDDING POLICY

Children and extra beds

  • All children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5 per person per night for children’s cots/cribs.
  • All older children than 3 years or adults are charged 25 Euros per night per person for third bed.
  • 4th additional-extra bed is charged 20 Euros per night per person.

Taxes and service charges: 13 % VAT is included. A City tax is applicable, charges may vary approx. 1.1 Euros per person per night. A Property service charge is not applicable.

Check-In & Checkout Policies

Check in after 2Pm: the guest is required to register their stay at the hotel with their identity card or passport, with exact time of arrival and departure. All charges will be paid upon arrival.  

Check-in before 2pm is offered based on availability. A fee might apply.

On the day of departure, you are requested to leave the room until 10:00am and hand over the keys to the reception. Guests wishing to extend their stay will be charged a fee. Fees vary according to checkout time.

For reservations including children between 0 and 18 years of age, parents or guardians must present a passport or birth certificate for the child at check-in. If the child is accompanied by a guardian, an authorization for travel with others issued by the Juvenile Court must be presented.

If you decide to stay longer, please let us know timely, we will do our best to please you and your needs.

General & Safety Policies

  • Between 14:00- 17:00 p.m. and between 23:00-7p.m is the time of daily and night rest. Please do not bother each other.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms.
  • Beaches are public under Croatian law. Therefore, valuables or personal belongings should not be taken to the beach, as their safety cannot be assured, nor does the hotel assume responsibility for these items.
  • Entertainment in mixed company or private visits from unregistered persons, in hotel guest room, is not permitted.
  • The hotel has the right to request guests and/or third parties, to vacate room or leave the hotel premises, whenever not respecting any article of the hotel’s internal rules, or behaving improperly at the criteria of the hotel management.
  • Any form of destroying or taking things from the room is not allowed. You need to report and pay every damaged thing.
  • Smoking in the room is not allowed.
  • Please do not enter the hotel wet from the beach (sea) and props for the beach leave behind the building.
  • Pets are not allowed at the hotel beach and restaurant, nearest beach for pets is 250m away from the hotel
  • Bringing food and drinks to hotel are prohibited (Annex rooms allowed). Food and drinks are not allowed to take away from the dining room.
  • Serving alcohol – the legal age for alcoholic consumption is 18 years of age and above.

Payment Policies

Guests can book rates and packages in local currency and with credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

All guest hotel charges are due upon presentation of hotel bill.

On some occasions, the resort may request full prepayment by credit card or deposit. A guest who uses a credit card during such an occasion must send a signed billing authorization.

Standard rate

  1. Cancellation and modifications made within 14 days (12:00) prior to the arrival will be charged for 30% of the reservation.
  2. Cancellation and modifications made less than 3 days (12:00) prior to the arrival will be charged total amount of the stay.

Prepayment: No prepayment is needed.

Semi-Flexible rate

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before arrival no charge will be applied, 100% percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged within 14 days non-refundable.

           Prepayment: 30% of the total amount may be charged any time after booking.

  • Sunbeds are for rent 35Kn Umbrella is included (discounts are applied for renting during the whole stay)
